Shipping policy
At Lekker Shop ZA, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within approximately 8 to 11 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Shipping Fee
A flat-rate shipping fee of R89 applies to all orders under R1,000.
Orders with a total value of R1,000 or more qualify for free delivery.
Free delivery applies to standard Aramex Store-to-Door delivery only and may be subject to change at the discretion of Lekker Shop ZA.
Courier Service
We use Aramex Store-to-Door delivery for our shipments. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by Aramex.
Delivery Delays
Lekker Shop ZA is not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or any circumstances outside our control. However, we will assist where possible with tracking and courier follow-ups.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details at checkout. Lekker Shop ZA will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Tracking
Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
